Avoidance of returns

Every return not only means additional work for you, but unfortunately also pollutes our environment. To do something good for you and our environment, we ask you to please choose products and sizes carefully. Therefore, before any purchase, we also suggest that you consult the size guide, to make an informed purchase.

On our product pages you will find all the important information about the sizes and individual fits of our playsuits – sleepsuits. In addition, we go to great lengths to clearly highlight all the important properties and special features of the products to prevent incorrect orders.

Revocation right for consumers

(A ‘consumer’ is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction which, to an overwhelming extent, cannot be attributed to either his commercial or independent professional activities.)

Revocation right

You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without specifying any reasons.
The revocation period is 14 days with effect from the day,

• on which you or a third party nominated by you, which is not the carrier, had taken possession of the products, provided you had ordered one or more products within the scope of a standard order and this/these product/products is/are delivered uniformly;
• on which you or a third party nominated by you, which is not the carrier, had taken possession of the last product, provided you had ordered several products within the scope of a standard order and these products are delivered separately;
• on which you or a third party nominated by you, which is not the carrier, had taken possession of the last part delivery or the last unit, provided you had ordered a product, which is delivered in several part deliveries or units;

To exercise your revocation right, you must inform us (Rockets and Quakes GbR, Tieckstr. 22, 10115 Berlin, E-Mail address: info@rocketsandquakes.com) of your decision to revoke this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent via post, email). You can use the enclosed specimen revocation form for this, which however is not mandatory.
You can also electronically fill up and send the specimen revocation form or another clear declaration on our website (www.rocketsandquakes.com). If you use this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation (e.g. via email) about the receipt of such a cancellation.

To safeguard the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification about the exercise of the revocation right before the expiry of the revocation period.

Consequences of the revocation

If you revoke this contract, we shall repay all the payments, which we received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs, which arise from that fact that you selected a form of delivery other than the most reasonable standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification about the revocation of this contract from you. We use the same means of payment, which you had originally used during the original transaction, for this repayment unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; you will not be charged any fees owing to this repayment.

We can refuse the repayment until the products are returned to us or until you have furnished evidence that you have sent the products back to us, depending on whichever is earlier.

You must return or transfer the products to us immediately and, in any case, at the latest within 14 days with effect from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is maintained if you send the products before the expiry of the 14-day deadline.

You bear the direct costs for returning the products.

You must pay for any depreciation of the products only if this depreciation can be attributed to any handling with you that was not necessary for checking the condition, features and functionality of the products.

Exchange / Returns

All purchases made in the online shop www.rocketsandquakes.com are subject to German law.
Rockets and Quakes GbR accepts exchanges / returns of articles, within the 14-days deadline defined by law.

For an exchange / return, the item must be delivered in its perfect condition (without having been used, washed or having any odours), in the same way as it was sold and accompanied by the respective invoice, packaging etc.
No exchanges / returns of altered, washed, used, or otherwise damaged articles are made for misuse of the same.

Rockets and Quakes GbR is not responsible for the misuse of its articles, nor for the incorrect washing of the same ones. We suggest you always refer to the caring instructions section.

Returns

Please announce a possible return by email. Please use the following email address: info@rocketsandquakes.com

Please note that our products should only be returned in their original packaging, unwashed and in perfect condition. In addition, all tags on the product must not have been removed.

The return by insured parcel shipping is to be taken over by the buyer and is to be addressed to:

Please be sure to include your order number so that the return can be assigned.

As soon as the article reaches our company, it is submitted to our quality control and, in case of success, a refund of the value will be made through the same payment method the client used to place the order, within the two weeks period of time foreseen by law, after receipt of the article at our offices. Please, note that shipping costs are not being reimbursed.

Exchanges

If you have received a damaged item, please send us an email, within 3 working days of receipt to: info@rocketsandquakes.com

Then send the defective / damaged article by insured parcel delivery to the following address, stating the order number:

Once the article reaches our company and passes our quality control successfully, we will contact you by email to let you know if the item you have chosen to exchange is available. If so, we will soon send our IBAN for payment of shipping costs and difference of values between articles (if the chosen model is more expensive than the previous one). Once we receive your proof of payment, the new item will be sent to the address indicated by the customer.

If the selected item is already sold out at the time of the exchange, you can choose other items available for immediate purchase on our website.

Please, keep the posting receipt of a possible return shipment carefully. The exchange can take up to a week to be completed and it is subjective to availability.

We try to ensure that the replacement delivery is delivered within 7 days.

Refunds

Refunds are generally made up to a maximum of 30 days after delivery. After this period has expired, we are unfortunately unable to issue a refund or exchange.

Refunds can only be made if the returned item and original packaging are complete and unused.

Refunds can only be made if a receipt or proof of purchase is included.

Expiry of refunds

After receiving your return, you will be notified by email. In this email you will be informed about the decision to reimburse / partial reimbursement / no reimbursement.

If approved, the invoice amount will be refunded to you within 7 working days using the payment method you used for the purchase. Kindly, note that shipping costs can generally not be reimbursed.

Late / Miss

If you have received approval for a reimbursement request, it may take longer until the credit can be seen, depending on the bank or credit card company. Please contact your bank / credit card company first.

Gifts

If you have received an item as a gift and want to exchange it, you will receive a voucher for the value of the original order. As soon as we have received the return, we will send the voucher immediately within 7 days.
